Belinda Chung is the Founder of Keeping Books Bookkeeping, a bookkeeping service that allows small business owners to keep control of their finances in a straightforward, time effective way, ensuring that they can focus on their core business.

Keeping Books brand values are: being flexible, being easy to work with, developing relationships, making life easier for clients, ensuring financial awareness through education and fostering partnerships.

The Creative Brief

Earth & Sea Creative were engaged to develop the Keeping Books Bookkeeping brand identity, stationery (letterhead & business cards) and brand style guide.

The brief is relatively open; with a requirement for a clean, modern design using blue and green as a base colour palette and easy to read typography. Since most of Keeping Books’ accounting systems are cloud based, this can be integrated as a brand mark.
